Infused Blueberry Mint Water

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • - 1 lemon sliced
  • - 8 cups water filtered or still

Method
 

  1. Rinse the blueberries and mint leaves under cold water.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the blueberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
  3. Gently muddle the ingredients with a wooden spoon to release their flavors.
  4. Pour the water over the mixture in the pitcher.
  5. Stir well and let the infused water sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, you can strain the infused water to remove the solid ingredients if desired.
  7. Serve the refreshing mint and blueberry infused water over ice.
