Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • - 1 lemon sliced
  • - 8 cups water filtered or still

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the blueberries and mint leaves under cold water.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the blueberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
  • Gently muddle the ingredients with a wooden spoon to release their flavors.
  • Pour the water over the mixture in the pitcher.
  • Stir well and let the infused water sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, you can strain the infused water to remove the solid ingredients if desired.
  • Serve the refreshing mint and blueberry infused water over ice.
