Ingredients:

– 4 slices of your favorite bread
– Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese slices
– Vegan butter or margarine
– Optional: tomato slices, avocado, or vegan bacon for extra flavor

Instructions:

1. Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.

2. Place Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese slices on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.

3. Add any optional ingredients like tomato slices, avocado, or vegan bacon.

4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

6. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts, usually 2-3 minutes per side.

7. Press down on the sandwiches with a spatula to ensure even cooking.

8. Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from the pan.
